Do I need to use my sessions before January 31?
No, this is just when the offer expires. As long as you purchase the package before then, there is no expiration date to when you need to start your 6-week block.
Can I use more than 1 session per week?
If there is availability in my schedule, it is possible to use more than 1 session per week. However, it is recommended to take the remainder of the week to practice the exercises you have learned before moving on to the following session, as the sessions are designed to build upon each other.
